Kirkjan á Borg á Mýrum, viðgerð hennar og flutningur. Þar er einn elsti kirkjustaður landsins sem sést á því að þegar Kjartan Ólafsson var veginn árið 1003 var engin kirkja í Dölum. Kom að því að kirkjan þurfti að fara í viðgerð. Hún var færð og látin snúa frá norðri til suðurs. Margir gamlir menn töldu þetta ills viti. Mikið trúleysi var um þetta leyti...
