Imellem Svendborg og Kogtved på vejen lige over for "Lunden" stod i min barndom og ungdom et trækors, det blev endog fornyet i den tid, jeg kan huske. Sagnet gik, at der var fundet en mand på det sted, og han var slået ihjel, og Kogtvederne måtte betale mandebod.
