Ude i Ruderskoven, BirJcerod, er en høj banke, som hedder Manglebjærg (Maglebjærg?), og der er eu stor og ældgammel trold, som kaldes Manglebjærgsgubben, og han forhekser folk, så når man går der forbi om aftenen, er man vis på, at man farer vild, og kan hverken komme frem eller tilbage. Der går kun en sti der forbi. F. L. Grundtvig.
