Tubæks Mølle er en af de ældste Vandmøller på Sjælland og har al Tid haft god Søgning. Mølleren Niels Jensen var ugift og havde et gammelt Kvindemenneske, som kaldtes Ane Jeppes, til at styre Huset for sig. Han var meget velstående, og man mente, han var i med den Slemme. Så en Mortensaften havde Præsten bedt ham ned til sig, men der kom ingen Møller....
