Der var én i Dronninglund, der hed Brigaderen, han havde været fangen i Tyrkiet, og der spiser de jo mennesker. Han var en tidlang spændt for ploven sammen med en Nordmand. De gav på nogle fanger og vilde have dem fedede, og en dansk pige gik og fodrede dem. Så sagde hun til dem, at de skulde nu se at flygte. De var to fanger og sad oppe på anden etage....
